The Sony Xperia E is available for $168 at Dick Smith. Other sites such as Uniquemobiles sell it for ~$200. I think this is the single sim version as it comes with Android 4.1. The colour isn't stated but i presume it would be black.

Would rather get the Xperia Sola which has dual core 1GHz, 3.7" screen and higher resolution (480x854) for an extra $11. Albeit, it does not have JB and I'm not sure whether it'll be updated (if ever- Sony), or whether there are custom roms available
You can buy Xperia Sola (Vodafone version with free unlocks) for $199 from Dick Smith or $179 shipped from Vodafone online. Dual Core, better camera and more on board storage. Only loss out on Android 4.0 vs 4.1.

The free unlock is pretty random, most people will get it unlocked for free but some have to pay. It's probably some vodafone glitch
Yeah, and even the Sola's screen seems a bit dinky these days. It would be better to go for other options, the Moto Razr V can still be had for around the $249 mark.
How is this a good deal?
Huawei G300+ (3g tri band phone) has a 4" screen, 480 x 800, 1ghz processor for a much lower price of $115 (from Voda online).
you can also unlock the phone by purchasing the code from Ozbargain user Bagman for $5.

Good price for a jellybean phone, but I'd spend a bit more on something a bit better.
