I bought this notebook from MSY just the other day, and added an extra module of Patriot 2GB RAM for $14. For the price it's pretty good value, though there is a lot of bloatware preloaded (to be expected with most notebooks I guess).

Check the cashback page on Acer's website first as not all models get the $99 cashback. Some are $49.

avoid topbuy if you can. I had the displeasure of dealing with them recently, really poor customer service.
I agree and their shipping rates are dodgy. For the same sandisk cruzer usb drive, they have different shipping rates for different capacity when the postage should be the same as the weight and bulk are the same.

I ordered a Samsung S2 640GB and 2 16GB C10 SD Cards, all were listed in stock in Aus.
I received the Samsung in a few days with out the SD's when I enquired after the SD's they gave me the run around then I enquired again and they told me they were being shipped from HK, So much for in stock in Australia.
is the $398 before or after the cashback?
