Yes, this game reportedly lags even on high end systems. It also suffers from texturing issues and poor AI, probably due to a shoddy port to PC.
Because of these glitches Gamespot gave the PC version of this game a 7 while the console version got an 8/10.
Nonetheless, if your system can't play this game, you can still make a profit if you sell it on eBay :)
