1st time post…

price dropped again…It was $309 last week, then the price went up to $332….Now $298….Bargain!

I am getting Officeworks to price match plus beat it by 5%…

Edit: My order with officeworks has been placed at $283.10..It took 15 minutes as the Duty Manager had to get involved for authorisation. I suspect it's below cost price for Oficeworks. Thanks Bing Lee! (Note: If Officeworks didn't offer the same day delivery, I would have supported Bing Lee by buying it from them)…

This is my 2nd Nexus 7 32GB with 3G….It's an awesome table for the price!

    OW don't carry the 3G in store, some dont have the standard 32 instock
    But you can call and get it Price matched with the online store.

    Anyone suggest a good folding cover you can use as a stand (ie like the ipad smart cover)? Preferably one you can grab in store or get delivered with a week.

      I just checked OW, still in stock…you probably need to call again and demand it…as I said, at $283.10, I suspect it's below cost price…And to think Google Play is still selling these for $349 plus delivery…

        Just rang OW are claiming BL have no stock, so they dont have to honor.
        BL website claim there is stock but you cant add it to your cart.

    Funny story, but I bought one from JB Hifi at $309 when I bought a 60" TV as a bundle deal last week (and was told that the nexus 7 was below cost to JB at $309)…but was mislead by the salesperson about the Tv being 200Hz…so I returned it and the salesperson asked me to return the nexus 7 also…

    When Bing Lee was advertising this for $309 last week, I had Officeworks price match it and bought a 2nd one for $293.55 delivered. This 2nd unit was for my dad…Then becos I returned my 1st unit, I was without a nexus 7 for a few days…I did try caling OW at 9am today asking if they would honour a price match on Bing Lee's $309 but they said no (since BL increased the nexus 7 to $332 on the weekend)….Then BAM! I searched BL's website again at 11am, and it dropped to $298…So quickly called OW…LOL

        All i know was that they got 2 more "used" products in their inventory…

        I posted this in another link:

        "i bought a Sharp Aquos 60 inch 60LC60LE640x from them last Sunday for $1842 (ticket price was $1998)…now the same model is sub $1700 during this sale…luckily the salesperson told me it was a 200Hz at time of sale (which it wasn't), so i took it back for a refund this morning…They didn't even want to price match the $1700..so too bad, they are now left with a used Sharp in their inventory + my Nexus 7 3G (since they said I had to return the whole lot to them)…If I was the store manager, i would seriously discipline the staff there…misleading selling, bad attitude at time of refund, and didn't want my business…it was like "take it or leave it" kind of attitude…

        ended up ordering the LG 60LM6450 online instead…sick and tired of salespeople who don;t put customers 1st…"

        AND

        "Oh, I forgot to add….I originally wanted the LG TV, but they didnt have stock, so hard-sold me the SHARP claiming it was comparable to the the LG. The Tv was suppposedly:
        1.200hz. I checked the webiste after buying and was disgusted at being duped to by a 100Hz.
        2.had 1 pair of active glasess included (and were willing to give me a 2nd pair). I opened the box and the glases were "optional"….so duped there as well…
        3.and the SHARP had LAN only (no wifi)..the Wifi adaptor (if u could buy one, was like another $100)….

        Extremely dis-satified…and i would have made a big scene in store this morning if they didnt refund me my money…

    if OW is not willing to do the deal, can get it from good guys.
