  How does it know you are in deep cycle sleep phase ? Do you have to wear monitor pads or something ?

    ive used it on Android.
    ur supposed to put it facedown on your mattress. so i guess it uses the sensors(accelerometer) and I read about it detecting changes in your breathing, so that could be a combo of microphone and sensors.
    I've never had it wake me up tho.. perhaps i'm never sleeping lightly enough for it to wake me up(which doesn't really help the work situation :)
