  • Is this a bargain? or just a ad?

    • No, definitely trying to give people a true bargain! Should be the most competitive price going around…

      • +2

'should' be? …not to be rude, but doesnt sound very confident that this is a bargain as opposed to raising one's profile.

        $1691 @ http://pcntech.com.au/index.php?main_page=product_info&produ…

        • With respect, not sure why don't think it's a bargain as I believe it's the best (in stock) price anywhere in the country! I have zero interest to waste anyone's time by just advertising for the sake of it ;)

The website with the $1,691 price shows low stock which generally means "no stock" in my experience. But I'll beat that price anyway…

Edit: HOLD UP! That price doesn't include shipping whereas mine does ;)

Hope I'm putting up some good counter arguments here?? LOL!

shipping to my postcode (sydney) is $52….so it's still less to go elsewhere.

Tbh, im not interested in the product . .and i havent negged the deal. . i just dont think it's that much of a 'bargain'…the reason is that a competitive price doesnt necessarily equate to 'bargain'. That's why "i dont think it's a bargain".

If you take an opportunity to check out the deals here that have garnered a lot of responses, im sure you'll get an understanding by what people perceive 'bargain' to be.

best of luck with the sale anyways.

        • Fair enough, well kind of…

As I said earlier, I believe I'm offering the best price for this product in the country, so why would it not be classified as a bargain? Believe me, businesses in particular love these things and are a truly great product!

I can beat any price and my price includes free courier delivery to all parts of the country!

    Arena Sales have (with shipping):
    77" for $1,649.95
    86" for $1,795.95

Looks like an advertisement - not a bargain!

    • Noticed that price too, but it's a pre-order item, so not in stock and no guarantee they'll be able to get in stock…

  • So it's just the board, not including a projector?

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kXN3AObi-Rc

    • Correct! Projector to suit is approx. $1,200. Something like an NEC Ultra Short projector is recommended!

      • Bugger!

  • These have come down over the years. I recall speaking with a TAFE teacher some years ago and him saying they forked out about $15,000 a pop (!!) for the numerous smart boards they have. Tax payers money at its best. That would have been a nice contract to have won though :)
