    I'll read The Complete Idiot's Guide to Speed Reading first.
    Then speed read the rest.

      This is the worst formatted eBook of the lot. There is no speed reading through this one. No gaps between paragraphs, no margins to the page, only one font is used… It breaks every rule for ease of readability.

      You could just install Down Them All and let it loose on the pages. There's no byte saving zipping PDFs since they are already compressed.
