My recent target online experience wasnt gd. I went thru fraud check delay of one day because i use a vpn that anonymised my network address, even tho i completed payment with paypal. They currently have long dispatch delays. I cancelled my order by email but receive no confirmation now over 48 hours. Tried their 1300 order enq number but always very busy and expensive on my mobile plan. Given up. Surprised.
Target also have some cheap raincoats available in the clearance section online for $5 with free delivery to your local target for pick-up. I havnt received mine yet but the 2 reviews seem ok.
