  I love fallout… just putting it out there, just finished one the other day and now half way? though two…

  vouching for those games…

  I bought the fallout collection from the steam store… pretty sure I would have got it for AT LEAST 50% off if not 75, RRP is 20 bux… so if you want all three and get them during a sale works out cheaper…

      I think you are mistaken. It was part of the 'pay anything you want' deal, but only as long as 'anything' was at least $35.

        Na I remember now. It was free but as part of greenman gaming capsule not on gog.

    Steam can be cheaper, but this is both DRM free and with a lot of included extras.

  Sacrifice, Kingpin, Invictus and Freespace aren't discussed much now, but all were good and worth investigating. Die by the Sword is interesting but the very low res textures like aweful by today's standards.

  It's not yet "Expired", says that there is a day and a bit until the promo ends. Freespace 2 is the best. Check out the modding community such as "Freespace 2 OpenInstaller" and "The Idiot's Guide to Freespace 2 Open" to get widescreen displays, anti-aliasing and anisotropic filtering which looks pretty good for a game thats nearly 15 years old.
