I know there are guides out there for installing Homebrew channel with Twilight princess, but how do you softmod the wii to play backup games without a midchip?

ur system is japanese system, if u flash it with english firmware, u can throw it away. What u can do is search and print out for screen by screen translation.

you need the original copy of the Wii version of Zelda: Twilight Princess, also $75 at GAME this next few days or hire it from Blockbuster.

and its not. Nintendo Wii Console + wiimote + nunchuck + Wii Sports $369, its: wii console and wii sports for $369. the remote and nunchuck comes with it as normal.
Don't think he's promoting the Wii deal, more towards promoting pirate games…

The Toy'r'us $450 WiiFit bundle is by far much better in value. btw 3.2 cannot play most of the newer titles!

just to update, for 369 dollars I downgraded the 3.4 firmware to 3.2 and now have homebrew channel and backup games work via the disc channel (no stupid game launchers for me)
