  • Cant justify their RRP. U can buy a whole adult quilt and bed sheet set

My wife says this price if you buy two is okay, but not spectacular.

They might be expensive, but a good night's sleep is priceless. Kids toss their blankets off in the middle of the night and then wake up cold.

  • WHHHHAT? $50 for a tiny piece of fabric. Wow, parents get ripped hard!

Many, many examples on eBay for much cheaper!!

Here's one, 2 for the price of your 1 with free postage from the UK, where Grobag originates from btw -

I can certainly vouch for the product however, Grobags are brilliant for active sleepers, up until you convert their cot to a bed for safety reasons, when you just can't keep a blanket/doona on them!

    • Not suggesting for one minute that the auction you have linked to is suspect, but be VERY VERY careful of fakes in this area, your child's safety is worth alot more than saving a few bucks

      • I think one would be nigh on 100% confident in buying from their eBay site or website http://www.babycurls.co.uk/

I have a 4 and 2 yo and have purchased around 6 Grobags from various avenues in the past and have never had an issue quality wise.

Is all I am saying is do your research before forking out your hard earned dollars.

In my opinion the Skip Hop sleeping bags at Bambini Pronto posted a few weeks ago are much better value, pricing from $18

My boys are very happy in them, and the special is still available!

  • but if you get a 2.5 TOG for an 18-36 month old it is quite cheap for this product. but we got something for the UK for $33AUD but still awaiting delivery

  • I buy these from eBay, as carlenet also suggested. Look for seller called "ebabythyme"
$50 is not a good price.

  • DJs had these on sale 2 weeks ago for $40 each.

can i say something… local retailers need to screw their distributors hard, not try to screw the potential consumers.

I bought 2 of these off amazon PLUS shipping at the same price ~AUD45.

and you wonder why people are pissed at the piss-poor sales turnover.

if all aussie retailers band up and shout at the distributors/manufacturers to REDUCE prices… you will get business… if you try to do all sort of sh1t like what harvy norman tried to pull… be prepared to dry out and go into administration.

Because, either way, as a potential local business supporter, if I'm getting the same item from you and I feel that I got shafted at prices, be sure you won't get repeat business. I will rather use forwarders.
