Sony Store have this Reader reduced from $179 I've looked at US prices and they start from around $119 onwards.

Whilst trawling the aisles of Officeworks searching for those glorious yellow "clearance" tags, I came across this. As far as I know this is the cheapest so far - but please correct me if I'm wrong.

Not very good price, but an easy and safe way to buy it in Australia. Less than 100 available.

One of the best eReaders available on the market atm. Slightly better than Paperwhite imho. local stock, smaller, lighter, supports epub among many other formats, micro sd, etc.

Saw this Hot Wheels eBook reader in my local DSE store for $40 (also available online plus $9.95 delivery - click & collect Not available) Great for kids or young adults :) Item description:

I can't comment on this company but they seem to have a fairly big online presence. Express Fedex also available for an extra $7.

Could be a print error because doesn't seem BIGW or DSE do Kindle Touch 3G in Australia and the photo is not the touch version either.
