Crucial P3 isn't PCIE 4.0 though so it won't work with the PS5.

There is a very small performance difference between the 5600 and 5600x so you should be fine looking at reviews with the 5600x in use.

Yes, this is a good deal if you need the 32gb, the performance difference won't be much for such an increase in price.
