    Those looking to cancel accessories online, the trick is to add more than 1 accessory.

    If you have added more than 1 accessory, simply go into your orders, select this oder, you will see an option to cancel order, click that and it will list all the items in the order. Select all accessries EXCEPT 1 accessory and of course phone, and cancel.
    Trick is add more than 1 accessory i.e. 1 cheapest and others to make up the required $200 accessory order, and then cancel all accessries except the cheapest one to get the refund.

            @streetsmart: You do not technically activate it. You just become eligible paying with the right card through the Yello portal. Bit of a unorthodox Yello offer I'd never seen before. Just be careful noticed some store portals wouldn't give the inherent $100 (s25)/$150 (s25u) trade in bonus stacking with your actual trade in value.

            Also just to double check is it true the edu/epp deal doesn't net you the free memory upgrade as through the regular store fronts? Bit of a minor niggle but still somewhat of a consideration I guess.

              Yep, the memory upgrade is not offered in my epp at least but I saw it in the JB hifi offer, epp was still coming cheaper for me though, I'll have another look.

                @streetsmart: Yeh I mean the extra memory is nice but not absolutely needed. My phone was starting to fill up and I couldn't be bothered to micro manage so kinda actually wanted the extra storage. If you do want the higher storage guess it works out about the same in overall value using the regular non student/epp store fronts factoring in the extra $200 for the memory upgrade.

        just click cancel button and it will take you to the next page, which should allow you to choose which item to be cancelled. It will be stupid for any seller to provide refund option with a single click and without further confirmation, so no need to be worried too much. it won't cancel it that easy.

      I managed to pay $279.02 trading in an S23 Ultra 512GB and cancelling all accessories except for screen protector (cheapest one - will return this as I'm going Spigen route) which would make it $260.49, or $280.49 taking into account the $20 voucher fee

      This is for the 256GB tho

        First visit Samsung through Samsung Educational portal if you have student ID or through Samsung Partner portal through westpac, reward gateway, or govt partner portal.

        1) Select the model of your choice S25, S25+ or S25 Ultra.
        2) Select Trade in option and choose your old phone and Trade the phone if you have and it must be eligible.(You can trade Phone, Watch or Tab)
        3) Select No to the Samsung Care
        4) Submit to put it in the cart
        5) it will show you some assessories. Just add minimum $200 of assessories (e.g. phone case, glass protector, Watch, Galalxy buds pro 3 etc)
        6) Go to cart

        Now start using codes.
        1) $150 code automatically applied (that is trade in code if you will trade any eligible device)
        2) $400 code - that code you can grab your member app your samsung phone, or you can call Samsung customer care to get the trade in code, or you can chat with them.
        $400 for S25 ultra
        $300 for S25 or S25+

        3) $200 - add code GALAXY2025 to get that discount
        4) Add $20 voucher if you purchased which will act like a $100

        Plus 5% extra off if you will buy through Samsung shop app and login with your samsung edu or you will buy first time in partner portal.

            But for partner portal, you do not need Samsung shop app. Just need to log in to the westpac, reward gateway or govt portal or througj any other reward plateform.

          3. choose budspro cancellation with reason "change of mind"
          4. system gave a successful message pop-up with thank you
          5. order amount is adjusted to $1,032.85 ($1260.27 minus galaxy buds pro cost $227.42) but tax invoice upon download, is still showing the original order detail with $1260.27 only
          6. received budspro order cancellation email

                @bigsov: After about 20 mins you should get a confirmation Order and number saying its confirmed.

                You will then get another one in approx half hour after that saying the same thing again.

                Finally, the 3rd email will saying in the Subject: Your order is completed, Thans for choosing us with another one saying Your Voucher code is here which will have the code.

                All up the time depending on your service and mail providers will be between 1 to 2 hours.

                I guess Gmail and other similar providers may take a bit extra time to spool, and dont forget to check spam folders just in case. 👍
