          Hi mooboy,

          Our cards are purchase from a local supplier.
          The reason we cover warranty is for customer's benefit.
          Direct swap with SanDisk / SamSung will take around 2-4 weeks to complete the whole warranty process, where customer will have to ship the faulty unit back to them, and they send back a new unit.

          On our end, any customer who contact us regarding a faulty card, we will have them ship the faulty unit back to us.
          Upon receiving the faulty unit, we will process to send a replacement unit back.
          Once a month, we will gather the faulty cards, and ship them back to our supplier.

          That is the warranty procedure we follow on our website.

          At the moment, we do not face issues with SamSung micro SD cards.
          I have conducted a live chat with SamSung Australia. They will advise customer to return faulty cards to the store of purchase for warranty purposes.
          Memory City will definitely handle all warranty issue as we are conducting warranty directly with our suppliers.
          It will be best to contact us and we provide quick turnaround for the process of warranty

    Be careful with these ones SanDisk 64GB Ultra Micro SD Class 10. I've got 3 and none of them worked for more than 1 hour. As soon as you format them, they start having issues.

        It will be in general.
        However the cards that we have now, the failure rate is less than 1%.
        We sold around 20 cards a day and the amount of returns is less than 5 units a week.
        This is the statistic that we have over the past one month.

          Perhaps my maths is a little rusty, but isn't 5 failed units per week (assuming a 5 day week @ 20 units per day) 5%, even if a 7 day week is 3.8%.

          Not that it really matters…

          Sorry the 20 units a day is only via Memory City website.
          Sometimes, we have around 30 - 40 units a day.
          And we do sell them in bulk to customer, in total we move around 200 - 300 units a week.

    I intend on purchasing SGS4 in the very near future and am going to buy a 64GB SD card. I'm not really too familiar with SD cards, so not sure which one would be good to get to store music, video and photos on and of course watch videos from?
    Would the SanDisk 64GB Ultra Micro SD Class 10 - $54.95 do the job or do i need to consider something more expensive? I basically just want to avoid any potential performance issues when watching videos and listening to the music or going through the photos.

      Both cards will work in your Galaxy S4.
      I personally will go for the SamSung 64gb micro SD Pro card.
      As I have tried the SanDisk card, the speed is 30MB/s, where as the SamSung 64GB card runs at 70MB/s
      It will be your choice to take the SanDisk or SamSung.

    yeah be warned, the Sandisk Class 10 MicroSD's are awful. I've had 3 fail, and eventually these guys just stopped giving me new ones. So, $35 wasted :(

    To be fair, if you do a google search, it seems there was a problem IN GENERAL with the Sandisk 64GB microSDXC. Hopefully it has now been fixed by Sandisk…

    I have to say that I ordered one from Francesca a couple of months back. Item was promptly sent, genuine and works great after formatting it to FAT32. I guess some cards do fail but remember that this is a Sandisk issue which has hopefully been fixed now. Mine was fine and would buy again for sure. I have bought a few micro SD cards which arrive without the blister pack ( not ebay sellers ! Other Aus companies!)which normally sends off the alarm bells re fake but I got a genuine item in blister pack from these guys and no problems whatsoever.

    Anyone know what the write speed of the samsung pro is? I got the 64GB Sandisk Ultra, it reads at around 40MB/s but writes are only around 10MB/s.

      The SamSung Pro card is a Class 10 card.
      The write speed will be around 10MB/s as well.
      Read speed on the other hand can be up to 70MB/s.

    But after reading quite a number of responses about the recent faulty batches of Sandisk cards, feeling very uneasy now.

    I wanna know if the SamSung 32GB micro SD Plus Class 10 cards are all working great and stable? If its okay can i change my order to get a samsung card in place of the sandisk that i've already ordered, and get a refund of 2$ difference into my paypal?

          The order for the Samsung card needs to arrive at the address I gave, however you can also ship the replacement there too if you'd like.
