      Easy enough to do and totally reversible.

    Thanks for this. Just downloaded the app on my new Xperia Z. Also noticed that once you run the Xperia priviledge app you are given an option to download Photo Editor for free until May 14th. I just had a play with it and it seems cool. Havent worked how to claim the $30 though, can someone help?

      after you open it, click the banner at the bottom of the window, it will load, a new page, then enter your email in. You then get emailed a code…go to your email, click the link, log into your SEN account through the link and then click to redeem a prepaid card, enter the code from your email, then hello $30 !

      Through the app on your phone, you can click the promotion and submit your email.
      On a computer/phone click open the email they give you and enter the first link.

      Make an account/login to existing account then go to the redeem a prepaid code section of your account.
      Type in the code given to you in the email and voila, there is your credit! :D

    thinking I will just wait till the ps4 is out, and use it to go towards a game on that (unless of course I get a xbox 3, but if the rumours are true I wont be doing that)

    Edit: Reading the T&Cs, it seems the Xperia Tablet Z is also eligible. You also get a 30 day trial of Music Unlimited and are signed up for recurring subscription after the 30 days.

        Soooo close! I have it installed and at first it seemed to fail the very first check as it was an instant app crash, now it actually boots the app background but I have a feeling it is failing on the resolution check. What's the lcd density of XZ?

        edit/ nvm, it's 240

        OK, I've pretty much changed everything this time. Found a build.prop for a C6602 and followed it to the letter but no go. It must check something else.

          Have you rebooted and made sure the Model Number (etc) in Settings > About Phone does not mention your phone? Just edited build.prop on my Huawei Y201 and after some tries (some silly type errors, resetting app data and a reboot) it worked.

          I rebooted yep but didn't check about phone. I saved the build edit so I'll take a quick look again cheers.
          I wasn't sure if it was checking the hardware, perhaps cell (my N7 is WiFi only)

          Edit/ Yeah tried again, no go. I think it needs cell. I'll try on wife's Note, never have rooted my i9305.

    can't get it to work on my SII either (running PAC.
    Changed build.prop to the details in the post above, rebooted and doesnt appear in play store when i search.
    Just wiped Play Store data (and it seems to have updated, so i guess there's at least that!), still nothing when i search.
    Rebooting again now, if nothing then too bad i guess.
