DWI charges a few % for credit card or paypal payment.
That's really dodgy if they do that. I couldn't find anywhere on their site that there is surcharge for credit card or paypal payment.

Anyone is better than DWI/eglobal! Try Kogan or Uniquemobiles if its only $20-30 more. Seriously not worth the hassle of dealing with these fraudsters!

read a review on whirpool and saw the comment made by nickdunn under so i thought it was alright…
too bad… hope they don't do it this time and actually ship itthey are fine. i bought a camera from them.
however they are fraudsters. they lie on their declaration invoices to avoid import tax. i would say they have cheated the tax man out of millions. cant understand how they getaway with it.
im my case all 3 of my orders over the last 2 years saw no issues..

it seems it varies… some people get them perfectly well
some people finds heck lot of problems…they are fine. i bought a camera from them.
Their records with cameras and phones are worlds apart.
They deliberately sent me (and several others) an inferior phone to what we'd ordered and paid for. WE had to pay shipping to return it in order to receive a promised refund, which never eventuated off their own backs. I eventually escalated a paypal claim, and even then they told paypal they hadn't received it, although thankfully they'd previously told me they had.
Be sure if you DO have to return an item to use a shipping method with tracking and a signature, and NEVER use a payment method other than credit card or paypal, where you at least have a hope of getting most of your money back.

I bought a Galaxy Note phone from them last year. Fast delivery of 5 days from Hong Kong. Recently had to hand it in for a warranty claim and they were good. Warranty for overseas phone involves sending it to their Sydney CBD office on Sussex St or dropping it off them like I did. DWI were good to me.
I ordered camera lens from them 2-3 months ago,received within a week from Hong Kong.

Slight update, phones I ordered off DWI (SGS3 and SGS3 mini) arrived very quickly and work just fine.
No defects as I could see other than being french by default (a bit of an annoyance to change them over to English completely).
Please include the price in the title.
