Can't understand the value of chrome books over a normal pc notebook
Well, if you're a student on the move and have access to lots of wifi points, you can work on assignments or browse the Internet with a full keyboard. Basically a tablet with a full sized keyboard.
A pc allows you to do everything else.
You can pretty much do everything on a chromebook on a pc notebook, plus run windows software and work offline
