its about time we starting seeing 1080p as the standard res on ultrabooks..
personally wouldn't buy another Lenovo, the screen i have on my 320 sux

    • 320 wow, or you mean 230?

      • yeah 230 sorry.. that screen is just nasty, no were near bright enough and looks washed out.. if i didn't use it as a desktop 90% of the time, i wouldn't be happy at all.. oh and the fan is pretty loud too

Which for this price, and a 12.5" screen, is more than suitable.

Not amazing, but for >$800 I wouldn't complain.

  • does the megabuy invoice have a tax invoice with its ABN? I want to claim the tax back when I go overseas in 2 months time!

    • you can only purchase 30 days in advance, and the lines are often huge, so don't bank on getting it done if you dont have at least an hour before your flight

That's changed to 60 days now..

        • yep thats why I'm tempted to jump on this now.

Alternatively I could wait for the EOFY sales but just not sure there'll be some good deals.

Too wait or no to wait? ;p

I'm pretty sure they would have a tax invoice with ABN, since they are a registered Australian business (as noted by having a .com.au domain), but you could always call up and check with them. Can never be too sure!

    • They can't charge GST without giving you their ABN. If they don't charge GST, there's nothing to claim back at the airport.
