Be sure you check what you are buying. I think these are the same ones I almost bought recently, until I discovered they had a use-by date many months into the future. I wondered how they could stop a lamington from going stale for so long - until I looked at the list of ingredients. They were stuffed full of stabilizers, emulsifiers and preservatives.
