They asked for the code when I went to claim, dunno if all their stores have a centralised system or not though.

Hard to find locations - each store seems to be listed separately. Plenty in Sydney.
Only 1 I found in Brissie is Garden City. (luckily near me)just went to Moochi Liverpool Westfields they haven't heard anything about this, so i wasn't able to get my free yogurt, i'll try again in a couple of days or head to my next closest store which is in cabramatta.
Moochi tastes disgusting. Honestly the only frozen yoghurt that I didn't enjoy eating.

Thanks OP, got my voucher within minutes of completing the survey. A bit suspicious if its legit or not, the layout of the survey seems a bit too simplistic. Has anyone managed to redeem the voucher?
UNSW Moochi's Survey System is down for today (that's what they told me anyway)
I actually redeemed mine fine at UNSW moochi around lunch time, got 2 toppings in top.
Friend reports it worked 2 days ago.
Moochi Staff said the sys was down at approx… 5:10pm
claimed one this morning already, seems fine

Moochi taste way more better than yogurberry, and mochi is alot more famous around here.

Did the survey last week in good faith. Went to try to use today at Cabramatta and they reckon it is expired. What a f@*%# waste of my time doing the survey. They've just lost a regular customer in me.
I was even keen enough to post here on oZbargain regarding their opening promotion in Burwood, NSW last year.
Will be going to Subzero in Cabramatta from now on and to Noggi elsewhere. Not sure if these companies realise that promotions can turn bad and lose them customers. Rant over from me.Anyone try to write/call their Head Office? It will be interesting to see their response on this fiasco…

Claim one yesterday no problem, the guy have to find a keyboard go to their site to input the code.
Just annoying that they can't follow through with such a simple and cheap promotion and the frustration is compounded by the fact that their website is inept.
I will not buy anything from them no more.
Alright, if your local store won't accept the voucher (eg. UNSW) just contact them over FB and apparently they'll send a legit voucher to your home address. Still a pain but at least you get it…
