fyi. I have managed to stack 3 licenses into 1 license for 3 PCs with 3 years subscription.

    • how to stack them?

      • +2

request to the agent via live chat. do this once your cashback claim has been approved.

        • How many cash back you received so far? I'm thinking shall I buy this one? I bought one in the last deal.

        • +1

if I havent lost count. This will be my fifth.

        • So it's possible to purchase multiple copies, then register them in one go to get the cashback, then get them stacked?

Don't really care about the stacking TBH, just that the cashback will go through with multiple licences on one PC…

        • +1

Yes but there is a maximum order of 1 set by SE.

        • Yeah, noticed that when I tried to order a couple :(

      • i wondered is it possible to stack internet security & maximum security ~

  • is there some sort of other promotion going on?

Special Discount 'Free Shipping - Weekend ' is added to your shopping cart.

    • +1

We do have other promotion going on,
But what you referring to on your comment is the Free shipping promotion for the Trend Micro.

      Regards
      SE

    • No,as per the deal, the code drops the price from $55 to $40 and removes shipping.

If you add another product the shipping is re-added.

      • +1

That's a pity. I would have purchased multiple items otherwise.

  • Will you have WD Red 3TB and HP N54L promo in the next 3 days?

    • WD Red 3TB is in our EOFY promotion. As for the microserver - will definitely post microserver deal if we able to have a promo next week.

      • I mean lower the price of WD Red 3TB as well just like you did with the 2TB. I remember it used to be $148 at some point.

I'd definitely buy a microserver if you can post a deal before end of month.

        Thanks OP.

        • Hi fandibong,

Prices have gone up on hard drives, ssds and many products and will more likely continue to go up. If you do a check, you will realize we are doing an incredible price on the 2TB today.

          Kind Regards

I wish your shop wouldn't do this - it kind of belittles you trying to sucker-in customer. What's wrong with just offering the best price you can and on occasion, if you manage a deal with your supplier, passing-on those savings? I know margins are tight, but I bet you'd get more respect from OzBuyers.

Oh, btw, you know, there are plenty of OCRs out there - no benefit (for you) publishing above T&C as image.

      Hi AlexF,

You seem to be oversensitive/overthinking over this. We have been genuinely posting and passing benefits to ozbargain for a while now and I wouldn't think we ever try to sucker-in customers.

Today's offer are the lowest you can find & good enough without the $50 voucher incentive. Tell me again we are duping customers with our deals if you can find lower price.

      Kind Regards
      SE

      • We have been genuinely posting and passing benefits to ozbargain for a while now and I wouldn't think we ever try to sucker-in customers.

Exactly… So why start now? Up to this point you've provided good deals, fast delivery and good post-purchase support (I write as a recepient of all three), so, why not continue with this winning strategy and not introduce vouchers that reek of other "cash-back" schemes?

Did you pay for some 'expert' marketing advice?

        • ?? They are still offering really good deals and are 'topping it off'.

If you looked around at the EOFY deals, you could have bought a SSD at $89 and get a 27" monitor for $200, cheapest on staticice from a factory 2nd is $235, and for the exact same branded item it is the same price but they are offering a $50 discount on top of that

        • It's probably a waste of effort writing this but since I originated the objection, I'm obliged…

There's nothing wrong with vouchers, "cash-backs," multi-buys and other promotions. The problem is when it isn't transparent what the benefit will be, hence "sucker-in".

Firstly, you don't know what products will be in promotion and hence whether you'll benefit from it. Secondly, you don't know how much of the $200,000 pool has been reached, hence you don't even know if you'll get a voucher. Thirdly, you're limited by time, hence physchologically pressured to buy something. Fourthly, after all that, at their 'sole discretion' (ie. they changed their mind) they can cancel the whole thing, rendering voucher useless.

Promotions like above are honey (-traps) to certain people and hence caution won't be taken. I am asking Shopping Express not to lower themeselves.

  • Hi OP

is the WD Red HDD 2TB eligible for the $50 july tax return promotion too?

    • it is - we have further reduce on the last 3 days so Ozbargainers looking for hard drive for NAS can grab a bargain before July. Do take opportunity as you may not see this price for a while.

      Kind Regards
      SE

  • are you going to have the synology DS413J on special price too ?

    • Hi jitesh_88,

Unfortunately no. You will only consider Synology? Any other Brand in your backup choice?

      Kind Regards
      SE

      • Hi SE,

after careful consideration and R&D i have decided to buy synology DS413J.

perhaps you can do me a combined deal.

        • Hi jitesh_88,

Unfortunately I can't do anything more on both the prices of DS413J & the 2TB WD Red Drive.

          Kind Regards
          SE

        • Hi SE,

are you able to tell what will be available in the July's tax return promotion we can buy using the $50 voucher

        • We are not revealing yet, as the final products have not been confirmed - one thing for sure, it will include popular products/gadgets.

          Kind Regards
          SE

        • +1

quote : "one thing for sure, it will include popular products/gadgets."

The "july tax return sale" feels like a rip off to me. We were promised decent products to appear and not just laptops and bags. where are the popular gadgets ??

2 events and both have laptops on sale. obviously our $50 is a very marginal discount considering the laptop prices.

i reckon even a store would've reduced $50 if I purchased a laptop from them.

  • Hi SE, again I have to ask to make sure 100%, if you have previously bought a copy and claim cash back, you can still get this and claim again, yes?

    • +1

For the Software - yes, you can claim again as it is another product under Trend Micro's Term & condition.
We do limit 1 purchase per customer on this promotion.

      Kind Regards
      SE
