600
GAMEFRENZY

This is my first posting, but I thought for $50, to get The Sims 3, Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit, Battlefield 3, FIFA 13 and Command and Conquer: The Ultimate Collection was cheap. Otherwise, you can get each one individually for $10.

This promotion expires today at 7pm.

Enjoy.

How is the compatibility and performance of the old C&C games? For $10 it's a good buy if everything works. Amazon shows some compatibility issues on Win 7 x64 which makes me rethink… http://www.amazon.com/Command-Conquer-Ultimate-Collection-On…

      • bah purchased. Other people report it all works fine.

        • Works fine for me and I have it on Windows 7.

Some games needed some files changed but what do you expect for a 16bit game on a 64bit system :/

      • Precisely the reason I didn't buy this earlier using the US Origin javascript disable trick (which was also $10).

What does this deal have to do with click frenzy in the title. If its nothing it should be removed.

      • Still. The title should be clean and have only the price, location and product name. Where it came from has no relevance and just clutter s the title when it could have just been as easily put in the description.

  • Awesome deal. Thanks!

That is such a sweet price for the whole collection. Totally worth putting up with Origin for.

Payment Authorisation Failed. ea sucks balls.

  • Good find mate!

Can't say no to some classic C&C action for only $10

  • Even though I hate EA for ruining Westwood, that C&C bundle is very tempting

  • bought C&C

    Bought C&C, such value!!

  • C&C… Tempting. Oh, so tempting.

  • Im new to PC gaming. If I buy this am I tighed in with Origin to Play it. Or is it just a once of purchase?

      tighed

      No such word, try again.

      • Oh man!! Worse than my mother, could have at least answerered the question.

If I buy this am I tied in with Origin to Play it?

Is this passable to proceed now?

        • If you purchase this, it's only playable via Origin.

        • Thanks. So I would be required to download there app and sign in to play it?

        • Yep. You'll be required to install Origin, once you do that, it'll allow you to download the games you've purchased. Once done with that, your games will be listed in your ''library'' and can be played from there.

        • I see….

thanks Pandemic, seems like things have changed a bit from the last time I played PC games (C&C) in the mid-late 90's.

        • True mate, things have definitely changed! Enjoy!

FIFA 13 for $10 is truly a bargain considering in Australia the lowest price for the console version is around $30.

  • thanks!!!!! i love C&C

  • Just great, bought the game hoping I can download it from Origin but it giving me unexpected errors or server error.. WTF!

Bought C&C one of mine favorite games.

  • is it worth it to buy bf3 this late?

    • I would not pay over $10 for it, its still a good FPS

      • Are the expansion packs necessary and are they single player or multiplayer?

        • +1

As far as I'm aware, all the expansion packs are multiplayer-only. They offer new maps and slightly different game modes.

A couple months ago when I stopped, there were still people playing the "base" game multiplayer but not a hell of a lot - probably a fair few more playing the expansions.

At the time it came out, the single player had truly spectacular graphics but not an especially inspiring story. Solid shooting but fairly on-rails gameplay. It wasn't too long so I didn't regret the pretty rollercoaster ride but it wasn't outstanding. OK for $10 I guess!

I got plenty of mileage out of the multiplayer but yeah, although I imagine people still play the base game (without expansions) there's a lot less than before.
