    iSmoothRun talks to Runkeeper, Daily Mile, Training Peaks, Strava; so if you don't like one site you can easily switch to another, complete with all of your old running/cycling logs. Plus it talks to just about every heart rate monitor/pedometer available for iPhone, as well as Fitbit and Withings scales.

    If you just want a GPS-based running app - that'll work with just your phone, no extra hardware required - it'll do that too.

    It's pretty good.

    MagicalPad requires an iPad and is not in the iPhone app store.
