    Pretty good, given that these include a fitted sheet. The ones on special for $20 the other day did not, and were 240TC.

    Strictly, "Thread Count" is a ratio - count of threads (warp and weft) in area of 1 inch^2. However, without a proper qualification "thread count" it could just as easily be a a count of threads in any area.
    Who really know the true thread ratio of this stuff, but I know I wouldn't rely on generic brands.

      Apparently there is a standard for manchester. There has been discussion on Ozbargain before on this. I expect it will be okay.

        200 (half of 400) tpi is more than OK and most people after a bargain won't know anyway.
        Kind of like, the 'spare wheel' being just a fancy name for an air can.
