    Shame they have such a narrow range of receivers. I have had bad experience with onkyo and am buying a denon but they don't do them there

      Don't let 1 bad experience turn you off Onkyo. Great receivers. The current 818 model runout is the bargain receiver as we speak.

      No issues with Onkyo, other than their RRP being stupid inflated in Australia compared to the USA. If you can get one at a good price, then I wouldn't rule one out when looking at similar specc'd units from the likes of Denon, Yamaha, Pioneer etc….

    Thanks for this. Was just looking at a TV Unit with a TV Mount in it on that site earlier today, and the 15% off was the clincher for the deal. $299 down to $254. Wasn't sure if it would hold my 64inch TV, so I had sent an email via contact us. But since the sale was today only, I decided to grab a tape measure and check out the mount points, and it was 605mm wide by 400mm tall. Which is within the measurements they have on the site. And it's well and truly lighter then the 50kg limit.

    If it doesn't fit for some reason, I will just use it for my 51" plasma in the backroom. But by rights it should fit… and hopefully keep the TV a bit further out of reach of my son who is close to being able to pull himself up on our current unit (he's 7 months old)… and the TV just looks too wobbly for my liking. Would have just bought a wall mount, but we're renting and would need permission. Plus I love the idea of being able to easily move it around when we want.

    The Onkyo with 3 HDMI in (one out to your TV/Proj) for $381.65 is pretty good if you want a small neat system with decent sound from a good brand.

    Thanks, op! Got tv bracket and some speaker wall mount brackets. Couldn't bring myself to go for the cheap 5.1 system with the amps in the sub, and the next price step up was a killer…
