Cheap, as I think the usual 'special' is 6 for $10.

Been at this price for a few weeks now (in SA anyway), and I believe they'll be this for a while. Great bargain!!

    • Not in rural Vic

        I did say 'Melbourne'…

Did you try buying 10? They don't always display the 10 for $10 sign, but that's what I've been charged for a while now… I've usually been buying 10 every couple of weeks for ages now…

If you have been buying it must be a bargain!

If you have been buying it must be a bargain!

Does that make everything I buy at the supermarket a bargain? No…

The normal price for this yogurt when buying 10, is $10. It's not on sale.

This is when they first dropped the price, 1st May… and it's been that price since. 3 months now

          Your link suggests otherwise :)

        • The link is a "special" price though…

Beg to differ if u don't like the thickness and texture of Greek yogurt these are terrible.

if u don't like the thickness and texture of Greek yogurt these are terrible.

if you don't like Greek Style yogurt why would you buy Greek Style yogurt in the first place ?

this one seems to be much creamier to me. Much better than the sweet gelatine rubbish in the supermarket.

      • Usually Greek yogurt is good, Chobani is rather yuck though.

You can get these (well I haven't checked for a few weeks) in ALDI for $1 each, no minimum to buy.

  • Dont buy chocolate, don't buy ice cream, don't buy yoghurt at Woolworth. you will save lots of money.

This was also an opportunity to relate how much a single tub of Chobani equates to in weight.

  • Thanks, I take one to work everyday and stock up when I see them on sale. Will go to Woolies today.

  • CBD Sydney was 4 for $6.

    • I think the CBD stores don't always run the same specials as other stores

  • Thanks, Just bought 10 off balaclava st, there is a small label at the bottom of the shelf that says 4 for $6 or 10 for $10. From mid April to mid September, can't remember the exact date.

From mid April to mid September

6 months at 10 for $10 qualifies for normal price…

  • I just won't buy something without weight listed on principle, that's pretty CSI / critical summary. But it looks to equal ~125g anyway, so perhaps the creamier sweeter tastier variety I am used to, is not only 'superior', but also at least sixty percent cheaper [$3 brooklea lite fam vanilla > aldi yo]. Rather exceptional value for 1kg.. !plain aus, style of course nom nom nom.

At Coles, the price tag says Chobani yoghurt tubs are 170g each

      • are 170g each

        so are the Woollies ones…

    • & now the info is complete, and much easier. ta

  • Thanks OP, if I'm not going to make my own yoghurt this is one of my favorites, stocked up with 10 today - and had a chat with an attractive young lady who was doing the same.

4 for $6 or 10 for $10 is an ongoing "multi-buy", although they dont always have signage to let customers know this. I know this as my mother buys it. Personally I dont care how cheap this brand is, I dont like the taste. I prefer Chris' Greek Yougurt, more creamier and tastier for me. This brand to me tastes very powdered and grainy. Each to their own I guess.

  • anyone had any luck getting 10 for $10 in Sydney? If so, can you let me know? Thanks!

    • Yes, at Town Hall Woolies (yesterday) and also at Met Centre near Wynyard (this afternoon). Even if it doesn't say on the specials sign, but if you scan 10, the price drops to $10.

  • I think I bought three different flavours of these a while ago (didn't they have a promotion where you got an icicle maker thing?) and they were disgusting.

As one partial to yog tasting nom nom nom I would foresee this as registering like vom, while I expect it caters to the more diet conscientious.

  • have bought it many times in Sydney woolies for that price

Price is good till sept. then no doubt when the current special finishes, a new one will start.

Just a little tip with woolworths specials tickets, there are 2 small dates at the bottom, the first is when the ticket goes up, the second date is when it gets taken down (special finishes)
