would this be a better link?

  • Grabbed 4, thanks OP.

  • Thanks OP, I grabbed 4 too.

Just a note on value for other OzBers: at 95 points, things like the Hoyts vouchers (which are worth about $11) are better value. But having said that, this is nothing to turn one's nose up at: it's effectively a $20 itunes card (or some such equivalent) for 400 points.

Yeah the Hoyts vouchers are good but they do expire in September so time is running short on them.

      • +2

        Mine had a January expiry.

        • +2

Same, they are worth a lot more than $11 too, they are valid for 3D sessions. IMO the Hoyts are much better value.

        • Mine were January too.

Fairy nerf, the site said September, thanks for the heads up.

        • Got 4 Hoyts vouchers, indeed they do have a January expiry. Thanks people.

  • miss the times where the psp phone used to be less than 1500 points T_T

Finally something useful to redeem. Shame there's a 4 voucher limit.

  • i miss the time when 7/11 had the free coke zero voucher, they they had double rewards point

then peter alexander had 50 dollar vouchers for 100 or so tokens!

  • How does this work? I buy four bottles of coke, and then redeem them for 4 x $5 JB vouchers? Is that correct?

    • +2

      40*
And you'd have to add them over a period of 4 weeks (max 10 per week)

      • Or set up four accounts and load them all up in the first week. There is also a quarterly survey you can do for 10 tokens when you activate the accounts so you will only need 36.

That being said, Hoyts all the way for me.

        Regards
        Daniel

    • 10 points per bottle, 100 points needed for each voucher.

So you need to buy 10 bottles of coke just to get $5 voucher? The saving I get from not buying Coke is worth more then the $5 voucher not to mention the obesity

        • +2

You need ten codes. Buying a bottle is only one way to get a code.
Try looking in a recycling bin.

gave up on coke rewards after their stupid expiry thing lost all my points.

    • +2

      pro tip
      Use them before they expire!

    • +3

That happened to me too, so I called them up, explained that I'd never received the email warning that my points were about to expire, and they reinstated my points.

      • might try this. i got an email warning the first time they were about to expire, so added another token. but then later they expired with no warning

    • they force you to drink a coke once every 3 months :P

  • I have so many points I never know whether to take up these offers or wait it out for something awesome :/

  • Thanks OP, only had 390 points and thought I was going to have to go buy a coke on the way home but there was a link to a survey to get 10 more points on the right hand side…

    long story short grabbed 4

  • Yeah! Finally something I can use. Thanks OP.

  • Cheers 2 for me.

The JB website only seems to have room for the redemption of two giftcards within the checkout, so in order to use all four you'll have to go instore, or order two seperate things in two orders.

  • How many points do you get per bottle of coke? (I'm guessing it's different for 600mL and 1.25 L bottles)

    • +1

No difference. 10 points per bottle

    • 10 tokens. The bottle size makes no difference.

  • When they bringing the 7000 point items back?
Was working towards that surround sound system or another PS3 GONE :(

    • i'm sure the PS3 will be back. in the meantime, i'll just keep entering 10 codes every week..

  • how many points do you get for a 1.25L coke ?

    • 10 points. All Cokes no matter what size give you one code, which is 10 tokens (points).

  • had 600 points for over a year now, nothing good coming up. just got 4 of these and 2 Hoyts tickets. hope I wont regret that later.

PS - great first post too Pher.

You deserve more votes than you've got so far! 751 clicks at the time I post this, hopefully some of those people who clicked through and took advantage of the bargain come back and upvote you.

Thanks OP. I've had around 1000 points for about a year a half now spent on nothing. Didn't have the patience to gather up points for the PS3 weekly, just bought one.

I miss when it had better rewards though. Around Christmas 2011, they had several games and giftcards ($100!) for 500 points. I missed out on the $100 giftcards but was still lucky enough to grab Battlefield 3 on PS3 then. I also grabbed the last copy of God of War 3 on PS3. Since then, not much good stuff.

  • awesome! only thing i can get, never saved enough for anything else.

  • Cheers. Got one. Hopefully they're up for a bit and can grab some more soonish.

  • The limit is the deal breaker for me. I'll keep accumulating for something big.

Was the coke site down for the majority of the day? I went to enter my 10 codes today and not worked :(

    I miss the iPhone app

  • can you stack these together to pay at jb store?

  • In my opinion the shipping is so slow at cokeunleashed that it is best avoided with deals like this. They took nearly 5 months for my last item.

    • The movie vouchers and JB hifi vouchers are now emailed out immediately.

      • +1

I suppose it's worded awkwardly. I mean physical shipments take too long that is why I prefer items such as this. Shame Hoyts is too far to go to regularly.

    • The voucher is generated instantly for you. There is no postage in this case, you either have to print the voucher to take into JB, or input the numbers and PIN online.

    • took them about 2 weeks to send me an audio technica shirt i redeemed when they changed their name from coke unleashed.

  • Can these be stacked? ie. Can I use them all at once in store? I have $40 worth between this deal and the new $10 one and it would be great to put it towards a game or box set or something.
