  Won't seem to accept the free shipping code and the free book together. I can get a free book with $4.95 shipping or I can get an $11.95 book with free shipping but not both. Anyone else having this problem?

    OK, since it's not just me getting this I have updated the deal. They have a message on the checkout screen which says only one coupon per order so maybe they fixed it.
