So I am chatting with them again to see what they can do.

I think they have a problem with some of their items, I am talking with the chat guys now. I logged back in and out and got the following error.

@mattgal is correct, the Click Frenzy offer is valid online only (and ends today), but you can always opt to Click & Collect.
out of curiosity, is there any reason to give them your date of birth when you register? do they send you out any discounts on your birthday?
Do they sell knives or spray paint online. Those are restricted items.

already $70-80 off plus the $30!I had ordered a similar one yesterday (not impact) then was told store did not have stock despite the web page saying so. So it may be worth checking before you buy. BTW this items page said it came without batteries - it comes with 2.
Hi Antman. Are you sure it comes with the batteries? I spoke to them online and they said defiantly no batteries. I even called Roxburgh Park in vic who had heaps in stock but confirmed they come with no batteries or charger.
It's too late now but…
I had 2 places physically look at the box and confirm it came with batteries, but I guess I won't know for sure until I get the item in my hands! Hope so!PS The model number means it should too. The naked version has a different code.
not very happy. think they are sneaky. managed to put an item in cart, when i went to pay, says out of stock, called up store, they had plenty. the 1300 and online chat said some items are unable to be clicked and collected, they have to be purchased at the store. why bother advertising them online for. i suspect they just didn't want them to be a part of click frenzy. not impressed.
not happy either. placed the order and received confirmation and invoice via email yesterday, received email"order ready for collection" this morning, nearly rushed there to pick it up, then got a phone call advised "out of stock" this afternoon. Won't buy from Masters again.
