  May buy an Aldi sim for only $5 with 365 days expiry, if you mainly used for "emergency need" for your kid.(I think should work)

    Is it locked to Telstra?
    If so, using Aldi sim it should be unlocked first.

    Who knows the fee will be.

        No that was Kogan. Aldi negotiated with Telstra.

      I believe Aldi is on telstra network so no unlock needed. I may be wrong.
