    Thanks OP. I've moving into my own place in a few months and will be needing an Iron. I was looking at a Steam Station (like the Kogan one for ~$100) but this will do the trick for now. I don't do all that much ironing anyway.

        Their system is BS. "We’ll let you know as soon as your order has left our warehouse and is ready for collection at your selected store". I got a confirmation email saying it was posted to the store over a week ago. There was nothing indicating that I should wait for a pick up email, so I assumed it would have been in the store by now, but it appears they post on the back of a turtle.

        It would be nice if their process was explained on the order email or confirmation email. I.e. That there are separate emails for dispatch and collection. Plus it shouldn't take this long for them to send from a warehouse to a store, even interstate.

          I finally got it. It took them two weeks. The massive box they shipped it in even came with a return label that I'm temped to use to send a brick back to them with a note saying how their communication sucks.

    The stores are very slack my were delivered to store on the 5th but only got notification 2day . My other items were delivered on the 6th but have no notification emails
