Just check whether the one closest store to you offers that option. Local really means within a few km from the store, it would seem they have their own delivery like pizza…

Like sometime ago I bought 3 pack of 10kgs rice from Coles and the lady wrongly put in 2 packs and have scanned my triple point flybuys voucher. Because of she could not re-scan the flybuys voucher, she said I would just let you took the 3 packs and paid for 2.

It should be noted that postal delivery is an extra $9. Otherwise you can have local delivery (if you're near one of their stores) for $5, or pick up yourself for free.
