    The Sigma lens is an excellent lens - loving mine. Also picked it up last time when on sale, where I'm pretty sure it was a bit cheaper, even before stacking the gift card discount?

    Odd prices at that site, imported lenses (maybe cameras too I didn't check) costing MORE than the local version with full Aussie warranty. I don't see how that works!

    But anyway excellent price for this excellent lens. Wish I had enough spare cash to get one =(

    Spoke to Diamonds Camera, Video & Digital on Rundle Street, Adelaide and they have the lense in stock are were happy to do it for $729, so I'm going to have one in my hands tonight.

    My wife is the photographer in the family so hopefully it is as good a lense as everyone says.
