  Ps3 games are region free, only some movies are locked, I would assume you could buy all the costumes you want.

    The games are region free however DLC is region locked. Luckily Australia's DLC falls under SCEE (Sony Computer Entertainment Europe). As the UK is also under SCEE the DLC will still work in this case. You do need to be careful however when importing from the US/Asia as some DLC may not work.
