Yeah,bottled water is a rip.The same people who whinge and bitch about fuel prices,pay up to $12 litre (4 x 250ml bottles @ $3 or more each)for bottled water and think nothing of it.
That makes water 9 times dearer than petrol,and i'll tell you now,petrol doesn't fall from the sky for free.
This water deal is nowhere near that price though,it may be worth it for the stand and everything.I've never heard of "mineral water" falling from the sky before. Where abouts do you live ???
Last time I checked, Petrol squirted up out of some patch of dirt in Iraq, FOR FREE!

The Neverfail TeamI've just found out this the hard way. I actually received this from an email. I wish the ad was more clearcut and would neg the ad for being misleading. In any case, I'm very disappointed and hopefully we won't see any more cases like this in the future.
I will be taking Neverfail Spring Water to the ACCC & Department of Fair Trading.
There are no exclusions listed in the Offer, regarding South Australia or otherwise.
Therefore, this Offer must be made available to everyone, otherwise it is is an illegal "Bait & Switch" which is illegal under Trade Practices Act, 1974.
Offering an alternative for $49 is an illegal "bait and switch" technique.
I have this Shopadocket ready to show as evidence.
Neverfail Spring Water is a huge company, part of the Coca-Cola Group. It can definately afford to make this a one-off offer for the mistake/error it made. It is still making a (smaller) profit from its error.
It is in Neverfail Spring Water's interests to grin-and-bear-it and offer this one-off $20 offer to EVERYONE, this time round. And fix it's ads next time.

alexportnoy, this offer was only ever available to SA residents - if you search the MoneySaver site it will only ever appear in SA postcodes. You can post it here but it doesn't mean the company has to offer the deal nationally.
Equipment wise this seems like a very good deal. Is there an on going cost or can you just pay 20 bucks and keep the equipment?
