…And dont give us mobile link please….

      bit snobbish don't you think?

The mobile link looks fine on a desktop screen in my opinion!!
Maybe the OP posted this from his phone or tablet

(I'm always trying to protect theearth)

      • agree…..its not that hard to delete "m." if you really want the non mobile link

        • -2

well its easier for the OP to delete the m. Save every one time doing it

  • this one is not too bad if you don't mind Windows 8 RT, because at least it is more convenient for most office related tasks, I think ;)

They're a solid unit & the battery life is very good, but the model is under powered for the current app requirements. And a two year tablet which is only $100 cheap? That's not a bargain, it's more like someone found a container of these at the back of the warehouse & are trying to flog them off at an exorbitant price. Who do they think they are, Apple?

There's better tablets out there with more grunt.

    • Agreed - they were great in their day.. but tegra2 doesn't really cut the mustard anymore.

    • I got mine on release and it's still useful but I agree there's better bang for your buck now. Also it doesn't do HD oddly.

  • I have the Transformer Prime TF201 and it is a DOG. I don't know how they managed to get good reviews for this product. I know a few other people with the TF201 and they have similar problems (sluggish performance, phantom screen touches/non responsive touch screen). Sent to ASUS service centre twice before they replaced the screen. Service centre treatment of customers is atrocious. Would not recommend this product.

  • I bought one almost 1yr ago for less.

I do think it's a good tablet but it's too old and tegra 2 is too slow for new 3D games (eg. Iron Man 3).

Even as an epub reader some big epub files can be be really laggy.

Lastly, no official Jelly bean support!

In my opinion it's not really worth more than $149 for the 16GB version.
