    You do not have to purchase additional 1 year wty as it comes with 1 year wty by default.

    Are these in Australia? Or are they delivered from overseas? Will the buyer be deemed to be the importer?

    So, no warranty from SAMSUNG Australia? They offer two years you know?
    If warranty support is needed:
    Who pays for the return?
    To where is the phone sent?
    Who pays for the return to the customer?
    Is there a guarantied maximum wait time?
    Will any service/repair required be carried out by an approved SAMSUNG repair center and with genuine SAMSUNG parts?

    Is a SAMSUNG AU AC Charger included with each item?

    If not. Is an approved adapter, with A-Tick or C-Tick included?

    Sorry for so many questions, but this is a lot of money.

    Yeah. Just checked them out. Positive reviews are fake. Keep mentioning the store name and so on. Clear fake reviews. This may not detract one from buying any real bargains, but sure makes your store look dishonest.

    Why waiting for the rep to come back and reply to my questions, I would like to point out that the Australian Market model will be priced at a RRP of $999.

    However Hardly Normal is offering it as a Pre-Order for $888 ->

    So, taking that price as a reference point - you can spend $39 more than this Becextech price and get Fair Trading protection, a local two year warranty backed by SAMSUNG Australia, a safe and legal AC charger with an AU plug, and peace of mind.

    So, all taken into account this IS NOT A BARGAIN.

    I've got a blanket rule not to buy from anyone who thinks $75+ for postage is appropriate (check their other items). It's just plain deceptive (especially when they can run a special with free shipping…)

    A: It's customer
    To where is the phone sent?
    A: We have a few repair centers throughout Australia. They are located in Vic and NSW
    Who pays for the return to the customer?
    A: It's us
    Is there a guarantied maximum wait time?
    A: 2 - 4 weeks is our normal turnaround times. 45 days is our maximum wait time before we replace.

    Will any service/repair required be carried out by an approved SAMSUNG repair center and with genuine SAMSUNG parts?
    A: Samsung does do any repair for imported models even though it carries the same brands, unfortunately. A couple of attempts.

    All our repair centers though are pretty good and all the replacement parts are guaranteed genuine

    Is a SAMSUNG AU AC Charger included with each item?
    A: Yes, it comes with genuine Samsung charger(with CE tick) plus AU adapter

      The facts are:-
      There are no "international" or 'imported' models.
      You are selling a Hong Kong market phone.
      SAMSUNG Australia will not honor any warranty on these phones.
      SAMSUNG Australia and/or some of their authorised service centers may service/repair these phones, but will charge for the parts and labor.

      No, you already stated that the AC Charger has the "CE" mark, NOT any accepted Australian certification.

      If the plug adapter does not carry approval it is illegal and possibly unsafe. Does it at least have insulation covering most of the two angled pins?

      Well you sure don't. And what about supporting Australia by paying some AU tax? GST and/or income tax.

    p.s: Short answer is yes, we pay income tax locally.
    Specialized corporate tax lawyer should be able to advise this. Companies must be structured properly

      Before I respond - let me be clear and up-front with my belief regarding this rep. He is blatantly lying to the OzBargain community, and is also attempting to be misleading with his replies (eg. Regarding paying income/company tax on these sales).

      Then you should have stated International models - plural. There is no "international model" according to SAMSUNG. Each market has its own model.

      Stop being misleading. You DO NOT PAY AUSTRALIAN INCOME TAX, COMPANY TAX, OR GST, ON THESE SALES. You should legally, as the sales were initiated in Australia. Unfortunately our Tax Department is not enforcing the law. They told me that they did not have the funding to do so.
