  • I love stailness steel :D

  • Me too. (love stainless steelfor cooking)
When I did some marine fabrication ages ago, marine-grade SS (SAE 316) was the choice. 100 years under salt water will not tarnish it.
How does this Material: 18/10 Cr-Ni Stainless steel compare?
Cheap chinese-grade SS ? Seen plenty of SS cutlery rust in the past.

Also is Korkmaz from Turkey a known/quality brand?

  • I guess the main question is, is this 15psi or just 8/12 like the rest of them? I've heard from multiple sources that Fagor are the brand you want when it comes to quality at value. If you just straight up want quality get the Kuhn Rikon apparently.

    • I've got a Tramontina 7.6L pressure cooker I got from Target last year. Has worked very well and came with a spare gasket. Does both 8psi and 15psi.
