      Neither party really deserves negs. Sydneyian has made a valid point that there is a better price for a certain item. However, that single item does not encompass the entire deal, so the whole deal shouldn't really deserve negative. Also, MemoryCity is a long time rep who regularly posts good bargains.

      Class 10 make it ideal for HD camcorders and full HD video cameras.

    Hi Francesca, I realize these are USB 3.0 cards, but do you know how well they perform in USB 2.0 ports?

    USB 2.0 memory sticks vary in performance between about 20MB/s and 35MB/s… so, theoretically, these Samsung ones should perform at the high end. Do you know if they actually do?

    I've googled a fair bit on this with no luck, so I'm hoping you might know - thanks!

    Trying to decide between:

    SANDISK 64GB EXTREME S SDXC 80MB/S UHS-I MEMORY CARD $116.95

    Versus

    SANDISK 64GB EXTREME MICROSDXC 80MB/S CLASS 10 UHS-I MEMORY CARD $99.95

    For:
    Mirrorless DSLR cameras like the olympus Pen e-p5

    Would a microsdxc+adapter work just as well as a SDXC card?

      You need to be careful, the speeds are usually indicating the highest speeds and it's usually read speeds, micros usually have significantly lower write speed than a full size SD, you will need to do some research and read some reviews on the performance, for cameras I would always go full size SD as they provide the best overall sequential read and write performance compared to a micro sd of the same size and same packaging "speed" rating.

      Just as an example I bought a sandisk ultra micro sd last sale with 30mb/s rating however after using some testing software I found that write speed was only around 8mb/s max, read is around 28.

      it would be all right, but if I was you, I will go for Samsung 64gb PRO micro sd for $69.95 (similar specs but cheaper than the sandisk microsd you listed, and Samsung is good at making these flash products too).

      OR

      try the samsung 32gb PLUS microsd and test it for $27.95 (lower speed, lower risk of wasting money) as I did=)

    I believe the write speed on this setting can reach 26mb/s. I am after a 32gb card.
