      You can use these cables on the Note 3 as well btw, just you won't get USB 3 speeds when transferring data.

    What speed can this cable charge your phone at? 100% the stock cable capacity???

    I bought some before from a different website and they only charge at 25% the speed. Furthermore, one of them stopped charging after just 1 month with casual use. It only lets me transfer data with it now.

    I will gladly buy a few if you can answer this question.

      not sure about this one… but i agree sometimes the specs on these cables from overseas sites aren't even worth it, they do only 5-10% of the normal charging speed sometimes, end up losing it around the house anyway, need a decent quality spec one.

      Not all cables are made equal. The distinction is in the thickness of the wire (measured in AWG — American Wire Gauge). Some wires are made as cheaply as possible using thin wires and you don't want those. See this comment for an explanation of the relationship between current and wire thickness.

        it seems has good quality and fast charging (like the original cable) and it shipped from VIC

        if any ozbargainer knows high quality cables and cheaper price it will be great to great to shear with us (need to buy some)

        just note: dont waste your money in these cables, usually it will not last long. tried around 20 of these cables all of them dead within a month.

    As msmhw mentioned earlier, if you need a 3m cable, I would strongly suggest buying this.

    I had that Tikbro cable for $3.45, it charges up to 1100 mah using Samsung Galaxy S4 2A charger and up to 660 mah using Asus Nexus 7 2012 2A charger.

      I went to their premise today at Springvale and test the cable with my Samsung Galaxy S3. The Tikbro 2 meter one does charge as fast as the original cable around 2.3 minutes for 1% of charge. But the 3 meter cable is weaker and therefore will take longer to charge. I did not test the 1 meter cable as I would assume it should be no problem if the 2 meter cable works.

      I got the 2 meter cable and I'm happy! :)
