this is with camera grip, worth 80 dollar by itself

and HN 677 deal was from last saturday and expires tomorrow

        • Also has built in quick charge battery and camera button, definitely a must have for this phone

        • Yep, and a tripod mount too.

        • bit awkward when mounted on tripod though

      • Sorry my bad!A good deal if you want the camera grip!

  • This Harvey Norman deal is better: $677 with Australian warranty which is 2 years:
    http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/121423

Harvey Norman list it as 12 month warranty but Nokia warrant it for 24 months as per this document:
    http://download.fds-ncom.nokia.com/supportFiles/phones/files…

New Zealand only gets 12 months, yay for Australian Consumer Law and Nokia for complying with it.

    "…. fit for singled-handed shooing …"

I do a lot of this without ergonomic design

Great phone. If you don't have a need for a million apps and games to choose from and just the necessities, you can't go wrong.

The OS is great and camera amazing :)

      maybe only camera is good
      application experience is terrible

      • what is terrible about the applications?

      • +5

Core OS apps are rock solid; email is especially my favourite, no other mobile OS has as good a native email client to the Windows Phone ones. Android KitKat 4.4 email apk is getting better but I still miss my Windows Phone for that reason alone.

Phone, people, sms, all extremely well thought out. SMS is a little basic but does the basic functionality really well.

Third party apps do leave a little to be desired sometimes but all of the phone OS were like that in the beginning.

All reviews for this camera (sorry phone) say pity about the OS

Because they are used to being sheep…

        • -8

Choosing a superior OS with huge app market = being a sheep..ok I am happy being a sheep.

        • +4

800,000 apps on Android… of which 799,950 are total junk

        • +3

I mean do we really need more than 1 fart app?

        • +1

This is the same old argument….

          Windows vs. Mac
          Holden vs. Ford
          Mcdonalds vs. Hungry Jacks

It's called personal preference if there was a single OS without competition then it would get bugger all updates because it doesn't need to get any better. Just because your preference goes one way doesn't make the other way shit.
