Haha, I remember when AirAsia launched in Adelaide a few months ago. Two nights before their announcement, I booked a Qantas flight to SE Asia for almost twice the cost…

flew air asia on about 15 flights earlier this year. never had an issue despite the small seats.
Cebu Pacific on the other hand, my suitcase was ripped in half between being put on the plane and coming off the belt…
Having flown Air Asia extensively (bali to Perth, KL to perth, KL - other asian destinations). I have never once had an issue with them. I prefer flying air asia over jetstar always.

Bargain4U, which are the selected destinations? I booked Sydney/Kuala Lumpur return on 13 Nov 2013 for departure on 20 Feb and returning 16 March 2014 and still no free baggage allowance to date.

I just booked a flight through the link in this post but noticed that they will only do this ((Your complimentary 40kg of baggage will be automatically added to your booking within 48hrs of booking.))that's after you have paid the fare.
Question.1 Do i pay for the 40kg of luggage for them to reimburse me
Question. 2 Do you as i have done put down in the options no luggage and they will credit me the luggage.
Also i have booked a one way ticket and will have to book a return flight from another airport in the same country do i still get the 40kg of luggage credited to my bill.

We booked a flight on July, 2013. We think is book early and get more SAVE. But which is NOT. New promotion for complimentary 40kg and also the price was cheaper then what we book. What do you think?
Depends if you booked with a promo or not. I dont really need 40KG so :)
I wouldn't feel comfortable on a flight where each person was entitled to 40KG luggage.
You would probably be more comfortable because everyone could check in their luggage instead of trying to cram oversized pieces into the lockers or under the seats and then taking for ever to get off the plane.

I will let you know what happens after the 48 hours and before i book my return flight as you have to pay before you get the credit on the luggage.

Yes my wife and I got the free baggage allowance of 40kg return Syd/KL today. I have to call Airasia before they allocated the allowance. I emailed them but they did not respond. Very happy as I thought this was a con promotion.
Damn, just book a flight from GC to KL for May 2014 2 weeks ago.
