I guess in the hope you will buy their other media apps or tell your friends about it. That is not to say they dont have other packages you could buy that do more things, but this does what it says, converts media files between types. There are also heaps of freebies that do, but this app makes it pretty idiot proof

I'm not interested in this app myself as I'm quite happy with my existing workflow that employs some very capable freeware, but I'm just curious, how is this neg of yours justifiable?
As far as I can tell, the only requirement is that you actually download the app and enter the serial before Nov 26, and the only caveat is that you wont be able to freely update to newer versions as they are released. But since you still end up with what seems to be a user-friendly and quite capable paid app for free, what exactly is the problem?
