    REP - how many years warranty do we get with this? I believe TCL have standard 3 years for their products

      24 months, according to the rep's post.

      Probably embedded Linux, but some TCL smart TVs available from Q3 2013 will be running Linux-based Opera TV. Not this one, it would seem.

    TCL have advised that these are repacked TV's and were all used at the Vic Racing carnival. Subsequently these only have 3 months warranty. Not sure if the deal is red-hot now I know they are second hand.

      That may well be true because the warranty tab has been amended to remove the reference to "24 months". Store Rep has not amended his/her post though, which still states 24 months.

      Realsmart claim a minimum of 12 months warranty on all their inventory, so if it is 3 months manufacturer's warranty, Realsmart will apparently top that up to make it 12 months.

      Price is now $769.95.
