EDIT: Wow, impressive data allowance! :D

+1 again for these guys whose VPS are serving all the thumbnail images on OzBargain :)

20% off — is that for all customers or just new customers? Looking at getting some new nodes to perform some miscellaneous tasks.

Come one come all re: 20% off any order in December 2013.

New or existing customers, no worries.

That said, Existing Customers have the ECUSTOMER25 Coupon for 25% off any subsequent purchase.

      Thanks for your support, regards,
      Richard.

        Hi Richard,
        Is that recurring?

        • +3

Yes, it's a coupon valid for the lifetime of the order.

          Recurring monthly? Yes.

        Thanks for this post.

Not only is Network Presence offering the headline offer to existing customers but posts coupon for an even larger discount!

I wish more companies treated their customers like this. Too many do the stupid "new customers only".

FWIW I've been a customer of Network Presence for 7 months now and Richard's service is fantastic.

Long time ozbargainer, saw this thread and thought I would sign up and say my experience.

Been with network presence for about a month or so. Outstanding support, very fast assistance with self caused issues. Vps very stable and fast. I have a big cpu xen vps and can run a couple of casual game servers, teamspeak and websites all at once with buckets of resources to spare.

Very happy, you wont be disappointed in this provider. Will definately be using them again when I need a few more vps for work.

    Hi Guys,

I ended up buying the one up of from here (2CPU with 1GB RAM).

Here are some results. Looks like they are running on run of the mill consumer hardware but considering the price its hard to complain.

I get 23ms from my ADSL2+ iinet connection.

Service has been excellent from Richard Siggs, and super quick. Only real disappointing result is the HDD performance but for what I'm doing, its fine.

    edit:

For comparison, here's my droplet on Digital Ocean which costs me $5/mth

    • Hi,

Our Value VPS Plans are provisioned on platforms like your VPS is on, but Big CPU and High Power and other VPS Plan types are provisioned on other more brand-name server platforms (Dells mostly) & get different CPU/RAM and Disk performance profiles.

      Regards,
      Richard.

        Hi Richard,

Thanks for all your help tiday.

I am just setting up the server now and all going well!

I wish all server provisioning was this fast!

    • Re: "model name : Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3820 CPU @ 3.60GHz"

These are the base/stock listings of the CPU, not taking in anything we can do to get more throughput and processing speed from that platform.

We've got a good # of these online running around 4GHz and more coming..

      Regards,
      Richard.
