We do sell kilo bags for $90 but I thought allot of people like to mix what they get so there is a variety :-)

    I wouldn't trust a Geronimo Jerky competition.

    Last time I won something I never received anything and I twice received stale jerky.

    Hello Fedwood,

    I am sorry you feel you were wrong done by but you did not win-You were not one of the first five orders you just assumed that you were. The first five got there t-shirts. I know your not in Brisbane but if you know someone in Brisbane I am more then happy to meet up with them and log into our ordering system to confirm that you were the 11th order. Sorry :(

    As for the Jerky-it is dry because we do not use artificial preservatives so we take 60%of the moisture away.
    Some people love it :-) some people dont :-(

      Can't you make less dry jerky for walk in customers?

      I'm near your shop all the time, only reason I don't go in is because your jerky is too hard to eat, requires too much chewing even though it tastes awesome.

        Yeah i wish they had some softer stuff…even since i got crowns for my front teeth i'm too scared to try the hard stuff.

        Hi Chief,

        I am not interested in a T-Shirt more than two and a half years later.

        I was just pointing out that you specifically stated "order number 826, 827, 828, 829 and 830 got in first and will have a shirt sent out to them" and my order number was 827 and I did not receive anything, did not receive a reply to my queries at the time and even today after calling you out on it you say that there are different order numbers that won and that I simply assumed that I was first.

    Geronimo Jerky make a great product, but their customer service is pretty ordinary. I've ordered from them a number of times and so long as you're happy to wait and not have emails answered, you'll eventually get what you ordered.

    They have improved slightly over the years, but the store is a testament to having a very good product can keep customers despite average customer service.

    In terms of flavors, I found Pow Wow to be the least pleasant and the Flaming Arrow to be my go to flavor. Probably will order 5 bags of it today.

      I have an amazing team now that take allot of pride in looking after our customers.
      Customer service has lifted over the past two years-Long are the days of lengthy waits as we have increased our production dramatically -I hope you do give us another go and we wont let you down.

    I love Geronimo Jerky (GJ). My brother from San Fran has a standing order from me if I'm visiting him or as is the case this year he's coming home for Xmas: that he wants as many bags of GJ as I can afford for him. Flaming Arrow is his favourite.
    As I live close to GJ I've never tried GJ for postage but I've always had excellent service and great coffee there too. Yes GJ you do have an amazing team and take pride looking after your customers.
    I also love that GJ are a small local business. We should do more to support our small local business.
    I'll be at GJ in the next few days…. I love visiting in person so I can have a great coffee and check out any new flavours. Is the $85 dollar deal for walk-ins?

    Big Chief I'm looking at your site now and it looks like there are no 200g packs of Buckshot or Sidewinder. Any idea when they will be back in stock?

    Spicy Shaman was my favorite from my last order, but I was really looking forward to trying the Sidewinder.

    Just ordered thanks, great jerky (I'm a sidewinder fan). What is the shelf life of the jerky and what is the best way to store it?

      I love Sidewinder too Spirobouras :-) that and buckshot go away with me every time I go camping/fishing or to a party.

      Store it in an air-tight container in the cupboard- Keep out of the sunlight and never put it in the fridge (sounds like the Gremlin warning).

      6 month shelf life but have had it last up to a year in testings :-)

    I love Geronimo Jerky! And get super excited for the new monthly specials that pop up every month they are always a great bargain!
    I disagree with a few of the earlier posts stating that GJ have bad customer service as I have had nothing but pleasant and smooth transactions when I've visited their store and also when buying online.
    I love that GJ jerky is free from gluten, preservatives, artificial flavours and colours etc means my family and I can enjoy it guilt free!!!
    There is so much more to GJ than just Jerky when you visit in person, Superb coffee made by bubbly and friendly cafe staff and a $5 summer food menu not to mention I can take my dog there (not inside of corse) but they are so accommodating and provide dog water bowls to keep my dog happy and hydrated while I enjoy my food and coffee.
    Keep up the great work Big Chief and GJ staff!
