Sorry doesn't it say $200.00 for shipping? Or am I missing a message somewhere..

EDIT: nvm, is this the eBay deals thing. must be applied when you purchase, still listed as $200 shipping on the actual item though

  • Shopping cost is A$200

  • seeing $200 shipping also

  • It says "Free Global Shipping" AND $200 shipping.

    Good luck - caveat emptor

    ysmv (your shipping may vary)

  • Did 303 people in the last 24 hours get scammed?

  • Most other countries offer 2 options, with one being FREE. Australia however is only showing one option. $200

  • hate to see anyone who paid 400 in the excitement of a 200 dollar mini

  • Is it just me or is shipping $200

  • Shipping is 200 to australia…

  • i think shipping is $200 anyone else? :D

  • Where's the bargain, when shipping is clearly $200 to Australia?

  • WTF $200 shipping. No deal.

  • Anyone uses an iPad as a digital photo frame ?
Is there an app which will display a slideshow of full screen pics ?

  • People stop asking if anyone else sees the $200 shipping fee, YES, we all do. I think its a mistake though as it's eBay endorsed.

    • I think its a mistake though as it's eBay endorsed

Dare you to buy one then :)

      • Haha, I don't mean it that way LOL.

I'll just refreshing every now and then hoping that eBay or the seller will fix the "mistake". I really hope its a mistake - if not, eBay would look like dickheads when people find out there was a $200 shipping fee in addition to the original $217.

        • It is free shipping for just about any other country just not australia.

what's new? overpriced tech for straya - just another day down under

    • I think its a mistake though as it's eBay endorsed.

Why do you claim that "it is eBay endorsed"?

eBay is just the selling venue.

Also, why are people negging my comment? I only did a 'break down' of the costs for a sale to one of the supported countries.

      • It is eBay endorsed as it is featured on eBay's deal page. Like the other sought after deal with the iPhone 5S sold at ~$450, the iPad mini in this deal has likely also been subsidised.

The iPad mini deal is found through this link:

Thanks for the link, but that is eBay.com - the USA site.

The Sunday deal was on eBay.com.au - at least from my memory.

          EDIT:
Yes, it was promoted on http://deals.ebay.com.au and on the Australian Facebook page - facebook.com/eBay.com.au

  • even free shipping to Afghanistan, Zimbabwe and New Zealand

need a friend in NZ now

seems free shipping everywhere except OZ

bc you cant ship lithium batteries into Australia via normal post (USPS)

they must be using a courier (DHL/Fedex)to ship to australia

      • +2

Still doesnt justify the cost of $200 just to ship a small box.

        • i remember sending a small parcel less than 500 grams to the US with a battery via a courier and it cost me $88 (that was 18 months). Postage rates have come up since then

        • Why you guys negging me for the explanation

Blame and Neg Australia Post, not me .. lol

      • +1

still doesn't equate to 200 extra..

  • 200 shipping, no deal

$218 less packing, and shipping costs.
    Let's say a very, very, conservative $8
Less PayPal and eBay fees of say $22
    That is $188.
    Lets say $20 as profit
    That is $168

    So, I don't know.

  • Show me the deal please

    • maybe we did and you already mega forgot!

  • No deal. Shipping is approximately the cost of the Ipad: UNACCEPTABLE !!!
