      You can only redeem the new DSE giftcard at stores. Not redeemable online.
      Also the new DSE giftcard on sale this year can no longer redeemed at wollies.

        How the hell can dick be selling more cards when there is a stack of ozbargainers still waiting on the last deal?

        After dicks behavior the store should be blacklisted till people that were charged in full on the 22nd of November have received their orders!

          I ordered on the 22nd I bought them thinking they would come within 4 working days. I've called on 2 occasions and I get the run around get told they will come next week, 2 weeks in a row.

          Steer clear of this deal.

          Consider yourself lucky, those of us still waiting have been told "it will be there in a couple of days" for around 2 weeks now.

          Not once was I contacted about there being a delay.

    I'm still waiting for 4 of my orders since May this year…

    Called over 10 times, they said all of them are out of stocks & will follow it up… but still didn't get my refund…

    I won't buy anything from them online until it get my money back

      I still don't think they got it 100% right, but because their new system deleted all the old orders, I couldn't check it…

        I can't 100% remember what I ordered, 2 earphones, some batteries, nokia bluetooth handset, a tablet case, PSP game, etc.

        I called them and got my order numbers back, but no refund after…

    Remember to pay by Paypal for all your online orders for easy to claim money back. I once claimed my $800.00 payment back from Harvey Norman for no delivery in 4 weeks. Paypal is 100% reliable for fighting big retailer.

    from the t&c….Digital Gift Cards will be delivered directly to the nominated email within 4 hours. They must be printed to redeem in store
    So maybe they aren't posting them out anymore.

        Same here. The number just connects you to an overseas call centre. I was told that they will get back to me last Friday. They didn't. Gave some excuse about not being able to contact the warehouse or something on both occasions. Then I rang them again and I was told they will look into it and contact me either today or tomorrow. Nothing today either. I'll wait till tomorrow but if it's not sorted by then I'll have no option but to open up a Paypal dispute and contact my credit card company and ACCC. Sent numerous emails to DSE as well but no reply. I mean we are talking about $1000 here not some $10 or $20 order. Horrendous customer service definitely the worst I've come across.

          Seems nobody has received the digital card.

          The digital card doesn't need a real card to prepare. I can't imagine with so many complaints they are still acting the same slow way. On 9th Dec I called and asked for a refund for the previous purchase of gift card, they did it immediately. No delay at all. The only reason I guess is the managerial decision to put latency on delivery.

          Since the gift is prepaid balance, it means DS borrows the money from purchasers.

          If DS delay the delivery for 20 days, they get 20 days cash advance.

          Is anyone has some idea about the financial status of DS?

    Called the 1300 number, waited for 58 minutes and finally got through. Apparently there was a glitch on system and that has been fixed yesterday and we should all be receiving them by this afternoon.
