IGA at North Rocks NSW is closing down by the end of the year.
Went there today, pretty crazy in there. Everyone had trolley-loads.
Forgot to take a picture of the signs, but pretty much 50% off store wide EXCEPT:
-fresh foods (fruits, veggies, breads, milk)
- specials - however, it seems like 50% came off the products I bought with the "Special" signs anyway.
Great time to stock up on household items and non-perishable foods.

No wonder they are closing, crap service and high prices for as long as I can remember.
Crazy scenes down there around 3pm - people with 3 trolleys full of tomato paste!
The specials were supposed to not be reduced, but I got 2 x 2 litre Vanilla Coke (on special at $5 for 2) reduced to $2.50 for the two…
If I had realised that I would have bought a few other things I passed on because they were marked as on special…
The dog would be happy, a truckload of half price Schmackos taken home…
Not a hell of a lot left as of 4pm - some dunny paper and stuff but I'd say at least 60% of the stock has been cleaned out….
Must be the season for closing…
